Creamy Cheesy Chili Ramen

Not all recipes have to be complicated and completely made from scratch. Sometimes you just need something easy!



I had been seeing the addition of canned cream of mushroom to ramen making its rounds on social media videos. I thought I better give it a try. Because I like chicken ramen, I changed it out for cream of chicken and what do you know, it's delicious! I decided to mix flavor packets and add a little cheddar cheese. Super delicious and a great belly warmer! This is a great week-night meal when you just need something simple and quick. This can be prepared and ready in about 10-15 minutes.



Ingredients

Serves 2

One Chicken Breast, Seasoned (Kept it simple- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika) and Grilled

2 Ramen Packs, One Chili and One Creamy Chicken

1 Can Cream of Chicken

1 Egg

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Green Onion, Diced


Directions

Start with two cups of water in a pot at a boil.

Once boiling, add the spice packets from the ramen (I did one chili and one creamy chicken) and one can of cream of chicken. Mix well.

Add your noodles and boil for two to three minutes until they’re cooked.

Turn off and remove from heat.

Mix in the egg and a few sprinkles of cheddar cheese. It’ll be creamy and delicious when you dish it up!

Top with green onion and one sliced, grilled chicken breast, or eat it as it.
